    1. Hi Sandra! I use Wondows Live Movie Maker, free program on my laptop. It's very user friendly. I have been using it for a long time, not for recipes but to make videos of my kids to send to the grandparents :-)
I add the music on YouTube, after I upload the video, so that I could use 'approved' soundtracks. But on WLMM you can leave the sounds of the video, or music or both at the same time. Let me know if you have any more questions. Have a great day!

  6. Hi Manuela, a friend posted your Apple Roses on my FB page. Well, I was impressed and couldn't leave it that. I found your FB page, blog and will be a follower for a few reasons. One your Italian! I am 2nd generation born here grew up with everything Italian homemade. I love to cook and bake. I have many cookbooks and like exploring different ethnic recipes as well. You should look up Julie Tabullie show. However, when I saw you were born and raised in Venice I thought it would
be nice to see your takes on food. I liked the way you did the videos and provided the recipes. I love trying new things and also trying different versions of traditional foods/desserts too. Just came back from the OC with my family. We vacationed
at Newport Beach what is there to complain about, natural beauty at its best. Hot the first 4 or so days but nothing I am not
use to. After being there I can understand the comment of not sending your kids to camps. You right about spending time with the boys now and they will remember time spent together. Mine do and still want to spend time with us and they are young adults. I look forward to trying your recipes. Best
