- 8 slices of French or rustic freshly baked bread
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 handful of fresh baby organic spinach
- about 8 oz grilled red peppers (jar)
- about 16 kalamata olives
- 4 oz goat cheese
